With or Against, in the end we're all gamblers

It amazes me how I found out that I was not the only one that thought insurance is nothing but a gambling game. A lot of people might disagree with this, but I want you to open your mind and think about it.
A gambler walks in the land of the unknown, his fear is loosing and his hope his winning, two different roads, both have a cost whether you win or loose.

Let's apply this to our car insurance, we all pay it to "Stay Safe", or have "Peace of Mind", or simply obey the law, either way, and whatever your reason is, it is clearly a gamble, you or I don't have any idea what reckless driver might come from that next corner, or when that Elk might decide to cross the road, or, or, or, and or to the power of infinity.
I was never a believer in insurance until I actually experienced how it helped me, or in other words saved me from paying $$$$$$, to me It's a gamble I'll take any day, but If I had one of these

I will for sure buy it or not buy It, or simply open a business and tell people how to save money on insurance. Dream Dream Dream!!!! Gamble and pay YOUR INSURANCE, because it PAYS you when you need it.

Coupons and Us

Since I moved to the United States Of America, I probably saw the word coupon more than the welcome sign in most stores I walk into. See, not all of us look at coupons the same way others do. So, how do we look at coupons? After all aren't they just little pieces of paper/or electronic codes that unusually save us money? The answer here is Yes, but I would like to get you to think out of that box.

Some look at coupons as way for producers to get rid of the excess, or sell what is not selling very good. Others say that coupons are only there to sell low end products or things that people don't pay attention to, and there are those that just never fall for them and they simply don't care, and there are those that really have no idea that they have a negative side to them, MY DEAR WIFE. (Highlight this empty space to the left to know who I'm talking about)

You see coupons do save us money, but really just SOME money, this is where the difference comes in and this is where all of us fall for it. We have developed a sense of excitement, a sense of "Seize the deal" kind of attitude. You've got to buy what is "A good deal" and comeback home happy. Even if it meant saving couple cents on a pack of soda.

So what is the big deal here? Well let's look at it this way, think food, soda, noodles, spaghetti, meet and so on. These things are notorious for coupons. I just like you have these things in my household as well. But, I had a very unusual wake up call, my wife is American, and she always believed that coupon meant good deal period the end. I did as well seeing that i was more excited to hold one in my hand 6 years ago for the first time in my life. But as I watched my wife sit and read the adds every week seeking the "GOOD DEALS", I began to notice that we really were not saving AT ALL.

You are probably wondering, how come. Well you see, we have no kids it's just me and my wife and it turns out we are actually throwing money in the garbage. Look at it this way she buys the "good deals" and then next week even more "good deals" and so on. We end up with a full fridge and closet. I love fresh meet and so does she, so when she buys the meet that has a coupon of some $$ off (usually Cents), we end up eating whatever is the freshest meet, and soon we forget about the frozen one from three weeks before. Well soon enough that meet will change color and become less attractive than a fresh one, so to the garbage it goes, in other words there goes the $10 with the coupon that supposedly was meant to save us money.

So now you have the knowledge of only buying what you need no matter what the coupon says, unless you don't have that item at home, but still, look beyond the coupon. And I will pray my wife does not find this blog.

The Chevy Camaro,a car? a dream? a superstar? or simply a big marketing game that Chevy payed millions for to market a 'car'?

If you have watched Transformers like me, you might have fell in love with the so called, Bumblebee, in other words the Chevy Camaro. I find it hard to admit that after test driving the car that it actually looks better than it drives. But why all this attention all of a sudden?

The answer could be a bit shocking to some of us. You see we watch movies all the time, we fall in love with characters in the movies, but not necessarily the actor's real name or real personality, because we frankly don't know who they are outside of the scripts. If you are like me you probably can see where this is going. We have probably watched a lot of movies where a very nice car drew your attention, but after the movie you might just forget about it, as a way of sampling, Agent 007 cars, Fast and Furious cars, and so on. But when the car is a hero, in other words a character that talks and has a personality, and saves human beings, that right there takes everything upside down, and simply makes owning the Camaro as if you have a Superstar in your garage, and wherever you go, you are soon recognized to be driving Bumble bee. Very Ironic.
The way the Chevy Camaro was marketed was a very impressing one. Look at it this way; you are walking downtown Bozeman, you see the Camaro, you immediately think, 'Oh Transformers, then Bumble bee, then Hero, Aliens, and finally Chevy Camaro'. That right there is a very impressing tool that the Chevy Camero will have as an Asset for years to come.

On the other hand, look for example at the 2011 or 2012 Mustang, it is somehow trying to look like the Camaro and even if somehow some day it does exactly look like it, it will not sell as the Camaro does, as simple as that.

Again look at the Dodge Challenger, it looks great and it drives way better than the Camaro, I know because, I test drove it as well, I like it, but again I would buy a Camaro over a Challenger. And if you compare the sales of the three cars, I think you already know which one sold more than the other two. So did it work? The answer here has got to be an overwhelming YES.
