The Chevy Camaro,a car? a dream? a superstar? or simply a big marketing game that Chevy payed millions for to market a 'car'?

If you have watched Transformers like me, you might have fell in love with the so called, Bumblebee, in other words the Chevy Camaro. I find it hard to admit that after test driving the car that it actually looks better than it drives. But why all this attention all of a sudden?

The answer could be a bit shocking to some of us. You see we watch movies all the time, we fall in love with characters in the movies, but not necessarily the actor's real name or real personality, because we frankly don't know who they are outside of the scripts. If you are like me you probably can see where this is going. We have probably watched a lot of movies where a very nice car drew your attention, but after the movie you might just forget about it, as a way of sampling, Agent 007 cars, Fast and Furious cars, and so on. But when the car is a hero, in other words a character that talks and has a personality, and saves human beings, that right there takes everything upside down, and simply makes owning the Camaro as if you have a Superstar in your garage, and wherever you go, you are soon recognized to be driving Bumble bee. Very Ironic.
The way the Chevy Camaro was marketed was a very impressing one. Look at it this way; you are walking downtown Bozeman, you see the Camaro, you immediately think, 'Oh Transformers, then Bumble bee, then Hero, Aliens, and finally Chevy Camaro'. That right there is a very impressing tool that the Chevy Camero will have as an Asset for years to come.

On the other hand, look for example at the 2011 or 2012 Mustang, it is somehow trying to look like the Camaro and even if somehow some day it does exactly look like it, it will not sell as the Camaro does, as simple as that.

Again look at the Dodge Challenger, it looks great and it drives way better than the Camaro, I know because, I test drove it as well, I like it, but again I would buy a Camaro over a Challenger. And if you compare the sales of the three cars, I think you already know which one sold more than the other two. So did it work? The answer here has got to be an overwhelming YES.
